Once a year, the most influential people of Asian descent gather in one room. For the first time in a decade of history, that room is in Mumbai — and this is your invitation to put your name on it.
This is not a brochure. It's an interactive proposal we've started building for you. Work through it top to bottom: tell us who you are, choose what the night should do, build your package, test the return on your own numbers. Whatever you build is held exclusively for you for 14 days — extendable while your approvals run.
Start building — it takes 10 minutesA detailed audience profile — composition, wealth bands, sectors, seniority — at evaluation, before you commit a dollar. The named guest list follows under the agreement's data protections. You are never buying a room you haven't inspected.
Introductions, content and placements are itemised in the agreement and delivered on commercially reasonable endeavours — with a defined, capped, same-year remedy if we fall short. Not a voucher for next time, and not vague goodwill.
One naming partner per year, sector exclusivity at every level. If it isn't you, it's somebody — possibly the competitor your clients compare you to.
One night in Mumbai. Five hundred of the most influential people of Asian descent in one room — and a small number of partners attached to it. This page lets you build that partnership yourself: choose what the night should do for your business, see the level that genuinely covers it, and test the return against your own numbers. Ten minutes. No sales deck.
Founded in London in 2010, The Asian Awards is the world's only pan-Asian honours platform — recognising outstanding achievement across business, cinema, sport, music, philanthropy and public life, from every region of Asia. Nine editions delivered. Mumbai is the tenth. One standard: the very top of every field.
Some of the names this stage has welcomed — honourees, presenters and guests:

The names above set the standard. The tenth edition is curated against the same Top 100 index — and you don't take that on faith: a detailed 2026 audience profile is shared at evaluation, the named list follows under the agreement, and confirmed names are added to this page as they lock. The machinery is already running: the Top 100 index is re-ranked on published data each year, invitations issue in curated waves through the autumn, and every acceptance is verified before it appears anywhere.
The tenth edition is the first ever held in India — one night at the Fairmont Mumbai, the week the city returns from Diwali. Five hundred invitation-only guests drawn from the Asian Awards Top 100, our data-ranked index of the world's most influential Asians, alongside Mumbai's leading business families, Bollywood, sport and public life. You will see the guest list before the night. That room is the product — and it lands with an estimated $49M of direct economic activity on Mumbai across the event week: venue, hospitality, production, accommodation and visitor spend. An estimate of economic activity, not a guarantee of return to any partner; the underlying basis is available for review during evaluation. Everything below is a way of owning a piece of it.
Five hundred VIP guests — world leaders, billionaires, icons — plus roughly two thousand companions across the week. Not an audience. A room.
Three British Prime Ministers have stood on this stage. Heads of state, ministers and ambassadors sit in the room.
Founders, chairmen and the families behind Asia's biggest businesses — Tata, Mahindra and their peers.
Bachchan. Tendulkar. Bhosle. The names a billion people grew up with, three seats away.
The quiet wealth: post-exit founders, NRI family offices, the people who write cheques without committees.
Invitation only, curated from the Asian Awards Top 100 — our data-ranked index of the world's most influential Asians, published all year and presented by the Headline partner. Plus Mumbai's leading business families. You see the named guest list before the night.
The champagne reception where deals start. The main room where reputations are made. The after party where the real conversations happen. Each one can carry your name.
Tendulkar. Bachchan. Tata. Lit up Times Square — next to the sponsor's branding. This is the machine your brand plugs into the moment you sign.

Reach figures are cumulative potential audience across broadcast, print, online and social placements from previous editions — the combined reach of each outlet that carried coverage, an industry-standard upper-bound measure, not a count of unique individuals. Times Square placements shown are from previous editions' campaigns. Measurement methodology and source breakdown are shared in the partnership agreement pack and during evaluation.
Step-and-repeat shot by 100+ outlets. Your marque in every arrival photograph, every wire picture, every front row post.
Where every winner gives their interviews — your brand in frame behind every quote that travels.
Tagged throughout the night across 3.2B of cumulative reach. Your handle travels with ours, before, during and after.
500+ photographs, broadcast footage and press clippings delivered in 14 days — with 12-month usage rights for your own campaigns.
Every guest is a VIP. Your brand is part of the experience, not wallpaper.
We personally introduce you to the founders, principals and icons in the room — pre-agreed, facilitated, logged and followed up.
Fill tables with your prospects. The most expensive client dinner you'll ever host. And close.
Your CEO presenting to a global icon. 100+ media present. Marketing assets for years.
Tell us who you are. Everything that follows — the renders, the recommendation, the numbers — rebuilds itself around you.
Tap everything that matters. We'll point you at the level that covers it.
Three ways in. Start at the level that fits — partners evolve upwards edition by edition. What's on the rate card is what's delivered; packages are scoped to your objectives on the call, never discounted in public. No hidden extras.
A deliberately short list. Most of what matters is already inside the levels above.
Not a media-value number. A break-even model: how many client wins this package needs to pay for itself, and the probability of clearing that bar given what we contract to deliver.
Each bar shows your payback multiple if that assumption moves ±20%. The longest bar is the one worth pressure-testing on the call — everything else is noise.
The payback multiple above is commercial return only. The media machine — 3.2B cumulative reach, 60+ countries — sits on top. Value it yourself:
There is one Headline slot. If it isn't you, it's somebody — possibly the competitor your clients compare you to. They take the naming. They present the Top 100 for twelve months. Their principal opens the night your clients attend. And sector exclusivity means you don't get a corner of the room either: locked out at every level until 2027. No calculator above prices that. Your CFO can.
Every edition crowns a slate like this. Your name sits beneath one of them, your leader hands them the award, and their story becomes part of yours.
The chairman whose group touched a billion lives this year.
The founder whose exit minted a hundred new investors.
The figure who moved a nation's direction in twelve months.
The giver whose cheque rebuilt ten thousand classrooms.
The official who chose the harder right over the easier wrong.
The builder solving at scale what charity alone cannot.
The face a billion people queued to watch this Diwali.
The voice three generations know by a single name.
The athlete a whole continent stopped to watch.
The storyteller in half a billion living rooms every night.
The mind behind the breakthrough the world uses tomorrow.
The artist who redrew how the world sees Asia.
The legend the entire room stands for.
HONORIFIC · NOT SPONSORABLEReserved for service beyond any single year.
HONORIFIC · NOT SPONSORABLEThe founder's own choice. Unmissable.
HONORIFIC · NOT SPONSORABLEThe legend the entire room stands for. Unsponsorable. Unmissable.
The standard is set: Bachchan, Tendulkar, Tata, three British Prime Ministers. The 2026 slate is curated to that bar — and announced with your name attached to it.
You inspect the room before you commit — a detailed audience profile at evaluation, the named list under the agreement's data protections. Every deliverable below is itemised in the agreement, with a defined remedy that bites in the same year.
A pre-agreed individual matched to your target profile, facilitated in person by our team on commercially reasonable endeavours — seated with you or walked to you, contact details exchanged and logged, followed up on your behalf within 14 days. Introductions create conversations; the outcomes are yours to close. Never a government official within commercial deliverables. A name badge in the same room does not count, and does not get counted.
Fall short of the itemised introduction programme and a defined, capped, pro-rata remedy applies in the same year — set out in the agreement as the exclusive remedy, so both sides know exactly where they stand. A credit against the next edition only if you choose it. No awards property anywhere defines its shortfall remedy this clearly.
Two weeks after the night: every introduction made and logged, every asset delivered, every placement achieved, and what it was worth. Renewals happen on evidence.
We facilitate your second meetings with the people you met for ninety days after the event — the conversion window where sponsorships actually pay.
Yours won't be the only signature. Here is what your CFO, legal, compliance and procurement will ask — answered before they ask it.
Gifting itemised and valued for your declaration registers — the gift moment runs at roughly $20 per guest, deliberately inside common de-minimis thresholds. Introductions are facilitation, never inducement: no quid pro quo, no government officials for business purposes, fully documented and logged. Structured to align with UK Bribery Act and FCPA expectations. Guest-list data shared under contract with GDPR-standard handling.
Staged payments: deposit on signature, balance on an agreed schedule before the event. If the event is postponed, your package transfers in full to the new date — or a pro-rata refund of undelivered elements. Your choice, in writing, with standard force majeure protections in the agreement.
Account Director · Events Liaison · PR & Media Lead · Creative & Production. Paul opens the relationship; a named team runs it — one point of contact, a night-of escalation line that answers, and a team address that doesn't depend on one diary: info@theasianawards.com.
$3M+ raised across nine editions with Oxfam, Global Citizen, The Prince's Trust and Save The Children. The 2026 edition fights poverty — live auction, pledge drive, 100% of proceeds — with sponsors co-branded on every charity communication.
The platform is apolitical — it honours achievement, never office, and endorses nobody. Guests, honourees and sponsors are vetted; political figures appear across eras and parties as attendees, not affiliations. The inverse question your committee will ask is answered in the diligence pack, including the sustainability position.
The sponsor pool is curated and capped — one Headline, three Associate, sixteen Category — with sector exclusivity in writing at every level. No competitor adjacency. The confirmed partner list to date is disclosed to you during evaluation.
A master agreement with defined deliverables, liability caps, mutual indemnities, 12-month content and IP usage rights, and insurance certificates available for due diligence. Pricing is quoted and invoiced in USD — the figure you sign is the figure you pay, with no FX adjustment clauses on our side.
The deal pack prints what you've built as five one-pagers — executive summary, finance case, compliance annexe, procurement scope, ESG rationale. One page per desk that has to say yes. Nobody walks into those meetings armed with vibes.
